Access

VDC Labs is available free of charge. We do our best to keep it working properly but cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change it, suspend it for maintenance or discontinue it; in that case we will give you reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse VDC Labs: no attempts at unauthorised access, disruption of the service, circumvention of protections or use for illegal purposes.

Intellectual property

VDC Labs and its content are protected. You are granted a personal, non-commercial right of use; any copying, resale or extraction without permission is prohibited.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our fault, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first: we will look for an amicable solution. You can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsumer.be). Failing that, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
